At Wellify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must include original tags and be in its original, sellable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
